【02.17-03.07】113-2 OIA Subsidy for Student Club International Activities
1. Submission Period
- February 17 (Mon) – March 7 (Fri), 114th year, by 17:00 (during office hours).
2. Eligibility
- The student club must be registered in the Student Club Information System for the current semester.
- The same activity cannot receive duplicate funding from different NTU units. If duplicate funding is discovered, the subsidy will be revoked and must be repaid.
3. Eligible Activities
- Academic and cultural activities organized by NTU international student clubs.
- International exchange activities organized by NTU student clubs that promote interaction between local and international students.
4. Application Process
- Create an activity entry in the Student Club Information System with the title “113-2 Semester [Club Name] International Activity & Subsidy Application.”
- Submit the activity entry and funding application form (refer to Attachment 1) to the Student Activity Division by March 7 (Fri) at 17:00.
- The Office of International Affairs (OIA) will review the application, and the Student Activity Division will announce results and reimbursement deadlines on its website.
- Reimbursement: Submit valid receipts (with NTU’s tax ID) and an activity report (refer to Attachment 2) to a club advisor for processing.
5. Reimbursement Guidelines
- Subsidies are reimbursed after the event.
- Deadline: July 4 (Fri), 114th year, by 17:00. Late submissions will not be processed.
- Receipts must include NTU’s tax ID. Keep all receipts and submit them along with the activity report for reimbursement.
